With run leaders and coaches, all qualified to UK Athletics standards, Eastleigh Running Club has the passion, experience and expertise to help you achieve your running ambitions.  Joining a club can only enhance the experience of being a runner, whether through competition, social running, support and advice. Our club provides a no pressure environment that allows a runner to participate at all levels. Our club is proud to compete in a number of local competitions, including Hampshire Cross Country, Road Race League, RR10 and the CC6 series. You will also find our members taking part in events both at home and abroad, from Park Runs to Ultras. We don’t just run, our members enjoy social get togethers, whether for coffee and cake or an evening drink.

Welcome to the Outdoor Sports Centre, a 56 acre space dedicated to getting people physicially active, Outdoors!  There is something for everyone, at any level and for all ages. We have a range of traditional and alternative sports including; an extensive BMX track, 10 netball courts, 9 football pitches, 2 hockey pitches, 12 tennis courts, 2 bowls greens, a pétanque area, 12 hole crazy golf, a trim trail, full athletics track and stadium, 5 cricket pitches, 3 rounders pitches, a cyclocross course and The Powerhouse. The Powerhouse is a new state of the art indoor functional fitness facility that specialises in all-round fitness boot camps and obstacle course race (OCR) training. It also boasts one of the best and freely available outdoor OCR training spaces, located right next to The Powerhouse, for all your training needs.

Lovely areas available to escape to with dogs ..even when its busy. Full of people of all ages striving towards athletic goals and strolling along with babies and youngsters
Good place for a walk or a cycle ride, we used to live close by and walked there a lot, it’s really very sad to see it looking so run down now and it really needs a lot of investment to make it more attractive as a local venue again.
Really good long slope for a dry ski slope, though hasn’t been updated for many years.

We are a friendly bunch from serious road athletes to beginners and we currently have space for new members. The best way to find out if you want to join us is to come along to a convenient club run. You don’t have to join the club to come running with us for the first time: why not come along and see if you like it? Hedge End running club is built on a passion for sociable and enjoyable fitness for all levels, from beginner to advanced. We are more than just a running club too.
