I went to see Gayle after suffering 3 months of pain due to a running injury (trochanteric bursitis). During the session Gayle used a combination of ultrasound therapy and manual therapy and I left the clinic pain free. It has been 8 days since that treatment and I am still pain free for which I am eternally grateful. I still need another session (maybe more) to loosen my muscles and build the specific muscles to protect my hip, this is a very small price to pay for the relief I now have! I thoroughly recommend Gayle who is very professional and competent, and her clinic which offers a very relaxing environment in which to be treated.
I have loved coming to see Gayle, she has treated both my newborn daughter and also myself in separate sessions and we are both happy versions of ourselves! She provides a professional, reassuring and safe environment for treatment. I would highly recommend Gayle to anyone postnatal as it is so important to get the best care.
My LO has had a strong head preference to the right, after our first session he was already able to turn his head to the other side more. He was able to enjoy doing tummy time as well. Gayle has helped us loads and she’s very gentle with our baby.

Jemma is a fantastic Osteopath operating in Millbrook, Southampton. Her knowledge and hands-on skills have really helped my hip post surgery and eased headaches with neck and shoulder work. I really enjoy the fact she combines her treatment with strength exercises and Pilates! I have referred other people to her who live in the area, she also lectures other Osteopaths in London. I have been seeing Ian for over ten years, initially for chronic headaches which were resolved, later for support on rehabilitation following a leg fracture. His expertise and knowledge are excellent. He always takes time to fully understand the situation and is a very supportive practitioner.
I have been going to Ian for close to 5 years for various treatments and cannot praise him enough. I have been so impressed that I have referred numerous colleagues one who had shoulder problems for 2 years. When I asked what he thought after his treatment “that Mans is like God with his hands.
For over 18 months I have been suffering from a tight IT band, knee and back problems. Ian gave me a thorough consultation followed by some extremely effective treatment. I cannot recommend Ian more highly.
