What We Offer:

The Creams story is one of passion, commitment and big flamboyant desserts. It took many years of research and tasting gelato, waffles and crepes (tough job but someone’s got to do it) to perfect the concept. But we persevered, in 2011 our first store opened in Southall and soon had queues stretching out of the door, we knew we’d got something right. Since then we’ve grown from strength to strength, fought off hoards of copycats, miaow, and become a High Street favourite up and down the land. We’re proud, naturally, to have given the world some of the best desserts known to man – but we’re even more proud of our commitment to diversity. We open our arms to everyone both as customers and in our cafe teams.

SPECIALITY:

Delicious plant-based yummy desserts. There is something for everyone. Artisan hand made ice creams and sorbets in more than 15 mouthwatering flavours.

Best waffles I’ve tried in Southampton the service is fast and the staff is lovely. The waffles are highly customisable which makes it perfect for everyone.
Came this afternoon to smiling staff and a very polite welcome. Ordered the millionaires crepe and it was delicious! Would come again.
I was delighted to find vegan shakes here! Completely unexpected, and very much appreciated! Staff was lovely and helpful, service could have been a little quicker. Still a 5 star experience! Thank you for the delicious shake, even my partner liked it (he is quiet fussy).

Very very friendly staff, great prices, much cheaper than its competitors. Great vibe inside. Free milkshake on your birthday! Definitely worth the 5 stars and will be back again.
Amazing cakes 😍… the choice was overwhelming and took ages to finally decide.. but confident what ever I choose would of tasted great. Already planning to head back in a week to go for something different thoroughly recommend.
Really good prices for Waffles that taste absolutely lush. I had the Hazelnut chicolate/mini moon waffle and my daughter had the Reeces waffle both were full of flavour and portion size is great. Milkshakes are tasty too. Definitely coming back.
