What We Offer:

The Swan Inn is a  freehold property. It is conveniently located two miles from Southampton City and features clean and modern rooms. The accommodation at The Swan Inn was newly built in 2019, all rooms have a Smart HD TV and are clean, comfortable and modern. There are Tea and Coffee making facilities in each room and free WI FI throughout. Located above a  pub, the rooms are accessed via a private exterior entrance. The location provides easy access to Southampton City centre (2miles), close to the M27 motorway exit, The Ageas Bowl is less than 3 miles away. We serve a full range of beers, wines and spirits, we do not serve any food at The Swan Inn however there are plenty of eateries locally. We are located in the heart of Southampton.

Just checked out of this lovely gem. Absolutely brilliant stay, there is a few rooms with shared bathroom and rooms with ensuite which we stayed in where the cleanliness was top standard and very spacious with a nice size TV with apps for Netflix ect. The bar downstairs is lovely and very welcoming. To top it off the lady we met was so helpful and friendly, could not fault any service. Thank you hope to see you again.
Awesome as always beds are that comfy I struggle to get out of bed to go to work! Very clean and tidy and always a warm welcome stayed a few time when we’re working down this way!
Stayed one night over to see a show in Southampton. Room was spotless and so was the shared bathroom and shower room. Beds were comfortable and clean. Shame that they don’t do breakfast but had a cracking full English at Annie’s cafe just down the Portsmouth road about 4 mins in car or 15 mins walk.

Beautiful, atmospheric restaurant with friendly and engaging staff. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and served promptly but not so much that you would feel rushed. The food was delicious, well seasoned, well cooked, nicely presented, everything you would want from a plate of food. We would and likely will be visiting again, very happy with our experience here. 10/10!
Great little Hotel, fab service and food. Perfect city hotel, great location. Staff were lovely and friendly. Lunch and breakfast were very tasty. Room very comfortable and loved the teacakes. Only slight complaint in room 8 the unit with the fridge etc

Had an absolutely fabulous meal today, accompanied by a great own brand crisp rose wine . The service was excellent, smiles all round. The only slight irritation was another regular customer who was quite vile to us, all very embarrassing for us and staff alike. However. did not spoil the experience. Highly recommend the pig.. bigoted people not welcomed..

Stayed for a wedding. It was the hottest day of the year and the marquee was unbearable. Expected it to be hot but did assume the Concord would have had big fans.

Rooms were clean and very comfortable, food was good when it finally arrived. Waited an hour from starter to main and then cleared our own table after. Need more staff for evening as breakfast was totally different very friendly and brilliant service.
This was my second stay at the Concorde the last being in lockdown and still everything is perfect. The rooms are super clean , showers like a jet wash , entertainment was Eurythmics tribute and she was very good for a tenner you can’t beat it ,food top notch, and a beautiful walk 5mins away where there are lakes parks and a mini train line to take you for a ride around the park awesome.
