I cant thank Jonathan Terry enough for their help and support at such a difficult time. My mum passed away before her time and as next of kin I had very little experience of arranging a funeral and all that it entails. The team at Jonathan Terry Peartree were incredibly compassionate and helpful and the service we received from Debbie and Ben was so professional but supportive and kind. Ben in particular went above and beyond and answered every query I could have possibly had. I’ll be returning should I ever need to in the future and will recommend to others.

From start to finish Jonathan Terry have been excellent. They have made the whole process seamless, at what is a very difficult time for all of the Family. I cannot thank them enough, with a special thank you to Jonathan, Tracey and Trisha.

We have used this funeral directors twice this year, once in February for Mum’s funeral, and then again in November for Dad’s. On both occasions we were treated very kindly by both Sarah, and then Matthew.

Mathew at R C Paynes dealt with my Mum’s funeral recently. He couldn’t have been more helpful, understanding and kind. It made what is a dreadful time so much easier. He was always available for any queries, no matter how small. Thank you so much Mathew it was a beautiful service.

Our experience was outstanding, we could not have asked for more. The communication was excellent and we were taken through the process with sensitivity and care. The guidance and support we were given was superb and the organisation of the funeral was excellent. We had complete confidence and trust in Matthew throughout.
