Welcome to Express Yourself Costume Hire. We are a fancy dress and costume hire business located on the upper floor of Netley Abbey Railway Station in the eastern outskirts of Southampton. We have a huge range of fancy dress costumes for hire to suit all sorts of occasions including celebrations and parties, medieval banquets, 60’s and 70’s theme nights and murder mystery evenings. At Express Yourself Costume Hire we have a wide range of authentic costumes for drama and theatre groups and are happy to kit out the entire cast for the duration of the production. Our theatrical side of our shop also supplies wigs, makeup and period accessories to suit.

Fantastic place. Wonderful staff and so many costumes to choose from at reasonable prices. I highly recommend and will be returning again soon.
Quaint little maze of corridors running above Netley Station. Curious place for a fancy dress shop, but a very wide range, and the lady was so helpful.
We’ve used Express Yourself Costume Hire a few times but more recently for a Disney inspired birthday party. Very quickly and efficiently costumes were found for me and husband which fitted and suited us perfectly. The outfits were really well made, clean and great fun to wear. We highly recommend Express Yourself Costume Hire.

I needed a last minute fancy dress costume and was referred to Worn to be Wild by a friend. Amazing customer service by Anna-Marie throughout the whole process. Have already recommended to others word of mouth.
Went to get an outfit for Goodwood revival. The outfit was amazing and Anne-Marie tailored it for me as well. Could not ask for a better experience and will be using again for other outfits.
I loved this place years ago as a kid. It had everything you could possibly imagine and more. And I always remembered the staff being so friendly. Would recommend this shop a million times over.

Wow what a fantastic find this shop is and by the amount of people in it must be a very popular shop. I found this shop today as I was in southampton just looking around to see what shops were still open. I needed to get a Halloween costume so I thought I’d give it a try every row more or less were packed with both child and adult ones and so many to choose from and as per normal me I had know idea what I wanted or would fit me so I had to have a very close look about,
i went in with my friend trying to find and outfit for a fancy dress party. There was a really nice worker called Amanda, that helped us. She helped me with the sizing and I had such a good time shopping with her. She helped us find all the props and extras we needed for our costumes.The workers here really go above and beyond for you.
Staff are friendly, store well set out. Every fancy dress outfit in every size you can think of. Prices reasonable. Loads of toys too. Would definitely return.
