I have just finished my training with Sandra, Tracey and Sally as well as the wonderful volunteers who let us train their dogs! It was an amazing time, backed up by online learning but best of all very practical , with plenty of feedback to progress and build your confidence – I am just launching my own business now and know I have the ongoing support of Sandra and her team. I am very grateful to also have met Celia – a fellow trainee and a new friend! I would highly recommend the National Dog Training Academy.
Initially went for the 6 week puppy training course.. We both enjoyed the training so much we’ve continued going to the behaviour and agility classes. I’m a first time dog owner and the training has been brilliant. Sandra and Tracey also helped me separately and free of charge when I was having a couple of issues with my dog. Would highly recommend.
A friend recommended the NDTA when our puppy joined the family. Best advice!! The puppy training was great, allowing us access to trainers and their expertise and learn with other puppy parents.

Sea City Dogs

Downside Ave, Southampton SO19, United Kingdom
What We Offer:

At the end of 2019 I set up Sea City Dogs to allow me to focus on working with dogs living in the urban areas of Hampshire. Then in January 2020 I was given the amazing opportunity to become an Associate Tutor for Sarah Fisher’s Animal Centered Education (ACE). In 2022 I qualified as a Certified Trick Dog Instructor (CTDI) with the international ‘Do More With Your Dog’ organisations, so can now both teach and assess all their awards from Novice to Advanced. It’s been an amazing adventure so far, and I look forward to continuing my personal and professional development over the coming years, and to working with you very soon. I am proud to be a trainer covered by the UK Dog Behaviour and Training Charter, which provides assurance to the public and other professional bodies that the practitioner they employ has been checked, supported and monitored by a reputable accrediting member organisation.

I would like to thank Sheree for all her hard work and patience in the puppy training and adolescent classes. My puppy Lulu was really hard to handle at times but with Sheree’s help and some one to one she really came on with leaps and bounds. Can’t recommend her enough.
Sherree is an extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient trainer, always ready to go above and beyond for her clients. She has been a huge help over the past year since we got our puppy. We have attended both the puppy classes and the junior classes and will definitely be signing up for more in the future. Can’t recommend her enough – thank you Sherree.
Sheree is a fantastic trainer, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and great with dogs. As a first time puppy owner she really set my mind at ease, and is always happy to provide advice, help, and support. We completed the puppy course which provided us with fantastic groundwork, and we’re really looking forward to starting the adolescents class in a few weeks. Our now 6 month old puppy has learned several tricks which we wouldn’t have known to teach her without Sherree’s guidance, and it’s really helped her recall. I can’t recommend her enough.

DOG Dynamics

84 Girton Rd, Girton, Cambridge CB3 0LN, United Kingdom
What We Offer:

I get so much enjoyment out working with people and animals, whether it is to unravel confusion and stress that has built up between owners and their dogs or starting owners off on the right track with Puppy Training. Apart from the science based learning, I feel it is as much to do with building confidence and Self Awareness in owners so they can practice great training skills in our sessions but are then able to carry on improving moving forwards. I have my own dog called Smarties, a rescue dog from the Blue Cross. He is now 4 years old and we enjoy regular training and play together so I can always improve our relationship and my experience. I want to start him in Agility and Obedience with distraction next year. At the moment we do training together in Tricks, natural Agility and Basic Obedience and River Recall. I have my own ongoing Self Development includes Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence and NLP.

Shyla came to me from a re homing centre where she had been looked after for 5 months. She came with lots of great manners but she was very over excited. Louise was a God send. She helped me to understand Shyla’s body language and gave me lots of training techniques which helped to calm her down. When I had a crisis of confidence -‘I can’t/ she won’t’ Louise would just quietly say ‘yes you can/ yes she will’ and once I started to believe that it all came together and we haven’t looked back. I can’t recommend Louise highly enough. And breath.
Louise has been wonderful with my dog on her pop in visits. She visits her 3-4 times a week at lunchtime and does fun training, tricks and loads of cuddles depending what my dog is in the mood for. She is always so excited to see Louise and really gets a lot out of her visits especially as she can’t/ doesn’t need to go for long walks (she is an older chihuahua). Louise is super friendly, professional and trustworthy and gives me peace of mind that my pup is well looked after with her photos and an update after every visit 🙂 wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
Louise has been working with Poppy, our 5 year old Border Collie, for three years since we moved to the area. Poppy is very sensitive to change and for the first three months in our new house she didn’t go for a walk. She’s also very reactive to other dogs, having been attacked when she was younger while on the lead.
