What We Offer

Based out of Southampton, we’ve been selling vintage and quirky clothing since 1992. Our shop has been positioned all across the city and traded at countless festivals. We began as a festival stall in 1990 and opened up our first shop in ’92 on the waterfront at Ocean Village. A few years later we moved to Old Northam Road, and experienced the hustle and bustle of life just by Saint Mary’s Stadium. We now reside at 202 Above Bar Street, in the centre of town and sitting amongst one of Southampton’s many beautiful parks. We’ve been trading here since 2005. We still trade at festivals and look forward to our 30th year at Glastonbury festival in June 2023. We are located in the heart of Southampton.

Great little boutique with a lot of random little finds. Vintage fashion from 1960s to modern day. Lovely chatty, helpful staff.

The Beatnik Emporium is a real treasure trove of vintage clothing. Prices are keen and the staff are lovely. I highly recommend a visit.

Just popped in to see there winter collection which I have to say ispretty good. Staff a friendly shop is very clean great shopping experience. Of course I did end up buying a fantastic jacket.

Nice store, friendly staff who went out there way to try and find the right size for me, would like it to be a bigger store so they can stock more.

I purchased a long sleeve polo style top. Selection of mens clothing good. Changing rooms available. Staff friendly.
