I was in a pretty bad way with my back and came to see Charlotte for the first time. The appointment was prompt and Charlotte was extremely professional. She thoroughly checked everything over and clearly explained a plan of action. The manipulation and muscle work was fantastic, I was able to walk tall out of the treatment room and the next day I was back to normal (quite a feat given how bad my back was). I liked that there was no pressure for repeat treatments (quite rare for a Chiropractor), but I did go back for one more go a few days later just to check things out. I’m now pain free. I can’t recommend Charlotte highly enough, the easiest 5-star review I’ve given in quite a while.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company if all staff are like Sophia and I “look forward” to going back after a few personal issues are dealt with so she can get a good crack out of my neck.
I have been receiving treatment from Chandlers Ford Chiropractic Clinic for about 9 months now and I would thoroughly recommend it.

As a fellow Chiropractor I have been having treatments with Sarah Radford for years now for my back and neck problems. She is highly experienced and professional and her treatments are very thorough. The staff are lovely too, friendly and caring. The clinic provides an excellent standard of care and I would highly recommend anyone in the Southampton area to visit the City Chiropractic Clinic.
Had awful neck and shoulder pain for too long. Went and saw Sarah Tsang who did a fantastic job sorting me out. After a few sessions, began to feel the benefits. It was a relief, I’m now pain free. Fully recommend Sarah, very professional, explained everything clearly and just an easy experience.
I found this place via Groupon, the consultation was thorough and they really took the time to figure out the physical and emotional strains on the spine. By the end of session one I had movement I hadn’t had in years and I’ve had no back pain for almost three weeks for the first time in years. Really recommend this place, really friendly and knowledgeable staff, dog in the reception what more could you want.
