My first hotpot experience and it was truly amazing as a newcomer. Thankfully we came with some friends who were accustomed to using hotpot and they ordered for our table accordingly. The broth itself was extremely flavourful, not too spicy. We had an array of meats, seafood and vegetables which seemed very fresh and cooked well in the broth.
[November 2021] A brilliant experience, my 11yr old who doesn’t like spicy food had a tomato and mushroom based pot, I went for a rather spicier alternative. if you are not used to this method of cookery (as we were not) take the guidance of a waiter/waitress for the items you choose or be guided by a Chinese friend.
We came in here and didn’t really understand how it worked. One of the girls explained that you choose your own fresh food and dip cook it in a special soup of your choice. We had mushroom soup and spicy soup and were recommended some meats to dip.

Been ordering from hear for about 3 years now and slowly but surely its starting to creep down hill ordered last week, chips were stone cold. The sweet sour chicken was gloopy and cold, rice was hot amazingly, and the ribs were piping hot but it was more bone then meat. And 36 pound for a takeaway that’s cold isn’t something to boast about.
I have been ordering food from here for years. It is always very good quality and quick delivery. I am very fussy with Chinese takeaway, which is why I always order from here.
Ordered in store and receive my food at an average of 10mins. Very quick considering we order food for 3-4 people. However the order can occasionally be even faster. Delicious food cooked perfectly. One of the best Chinese takeaway in this area without a doubt.

Haven’t been here to dine in for some years now, so decided to see if anything has changed. I can honestly say it hasn’t, the place is still immaculate, very tastefully decorated. The staff are always very pleasant and very attentive, they even remembered us from before which was an amazing touch.
Our first visit. Amazing ambiance in a full restaurant- so glad we booked. Every dish was delicious and served by attentive and very friendly staff. I can’t remember when we were last asked if we were ready for the next course or would like it in 5 or 10 minutes!
OMG the service is unbelievable. Every time I visit whether dining in or takeaway they make me feel so welcome. The owner always goes out of his way to greet you and say goodbye, such little things but go so far. Keep it up you’re the best Chinese in town that’s for sure. Oh and the food is fantastic too.
