Established in 1957 by Cyril Strickland, the family business has grown and developed over 60 years, providing accident and car body repairs services to the vehicles of customers in the Southampton and surrounding areas. In order to accommodate our growing and expanding business, allowing us to meet and exceed our customers’ needs we moved over 16 years ago from our original premises at Vespasian Road, Southampton to our current workshop at Chapel Road, St Marys, which provides us with 6,000 square feet of premises. This allowed us to install a large Low bake oven and specialise in new generation, paint mixing techniques, offering our customers near vehicle manufacturer paint refinishing standards using environmentally friendly painting materials.

I cannot praise highly enough the work that was carried on my car, and the friendly helpful attitude of Graham and his wife. After the repair work was completed my car was cleaned and looked like new.

Great job on my car paintwork. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided me with a courtesy car for free. The price was very reasonable, particularly having got quotes from other places to compare against. My car bumper looks like new again and is a real relief, you couldn’t tell there was any damage. This is the best body shop around without question. The quality and the price can’t be beaten. After poor experiences at other shops I had been looking for an alternative for a while and am so glad I went to SprayIT Robs shop.
The repair was excellent, great match on the paint colour, fantastic finish. But the customer service was so much more over and above just good, with liasing and sorting out payment from the third party, and to keeping me informed all the way along, and made the whole process so straightfowrad. First time here and cant recommend the people here too highly.

Fantastic from start to finish. The wow factor restored to my Range Rover Sport after a 3.5 tonn truck decided to hit it while it was parked.
