What We Offer:

Delvallie Kennels is situated in rural Nursling in the Test Valley, on the edge of Broadlands, surrounded by woods and fields. There is no passing traffic on Church Lane where the kennels are located. The heated kennels are of various sizes, brick built with covered runs. The complete area is enclosed. Delvallie Boarding Kennels is licensed for 80 dogs by the Test Valley Borough Council. Under new ownership, since 4th July 2018, with fresh new ideas. There is 24 hour supervision. We also have a Security Firm working from the kennels.

My young German Shepherd girl seemed to enjoy staying here. The staff were happy to accept my calls while we were away and were very reassuring with their feedback. They seem to genuinely care about the dogs they look after. My dog seemed very happy when I picked her up and I get the feeling that she was looked after well, with thought and care.
We booked at short notice as was the only kennels with spaces during the school holidays (only a few adhoc days). Was apprehensive as had only used a local kennel 3 times before in all the years we have had dogs – this was the longest stay. The reviews were good and that was why we decided to go ahead and use. On arrival we met a customer waiting to collect her dog, so asked her opinion – just in case! She gave huge praise, which was a big relief.
We left our two dogs Danny and Ella with Delvallie for 12 nights. We were nervous as Danny was a rescue and we didn’t know how he was going to react. On collection Danny had lost his voice, but the dogs were super happy and in great shape. The staff are really lovely and obviously love all the dogs. They take them for a walk twice a day, which is such a bonus. We shall definitely use the kennels again.

We are a professional family who love and care about animals. We have had our own Guineas and Rabbits (plus a few other exotics!),over the years whilst our children were growing up. We have also grown from just a few guests initially, to a well designed set up with spacious accommodation a place of comfort and well being for the animals. The experience we have gained over 20 years is perhaps our greatest strength to offer knowledgeable attentive care while you are away. It is a friendly relaxed place and feels home from home. AMAZING pet hotel! The cattery side is great with it’s themed rooms & V.I.C suite (Which my cat clearly loved as he was sitting at the top of the cat tower overlooking the pond when I collected him) The rooms are much nicer than other catteries I have used in the past.
I checked on my dogs while we were away and I was sent pics of them, we could tell by the looks on their faces they were happy. Staff took detailed notes about our dogs and when we collected them they were happy and had been well looked after. Staff were very approachable and friendly.

My dog Mabel used this kennel for the first time last weekend and I can not fault the place. The staff were extremely welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. Mabel came home happy and clean. When collecting Mabel , Lou was so nice and gave me a detailed update of how Mabel had been over the weekend.

This was the first time leaving my two springer spaniels for a week in kennels. One aged 10 who needed daily medication and one aged 5. Both rescue spaniels and I was nervous about leaving them.
Well, today I went to see this place as I need my furry son to stay here for a few days.
The girl who attended me was very nice and showed me where the dogs are, a room with heating and air conditioning, with access to an outdoor patio. I could bring my dog’s bed, toys etc. if I wanted to. They take them out to run separately and they even have a vet just 2 minutes away. One of the girls lives right upstairs.
